It puts a smile on your face!
This past weekend I was in Carmel, CA and stopped to visit a store that carries my book. Material Goods is on Ocean Avenue. Diane the owner just had to tell me that Chance Meetings that Tied the Knot always puts a smile on the face of a customer looking at the cover! She also shared that fact that several people have found new loves since reading the book! They came back to tell her how the book worked in mysterious ways to help them meet new people. Hurrah!

Bedtime Stories
Have you ever wondered what you are going to read to your daughter as a bedtime story? Have you ever wondered what you are going to read to put you in the mood for blissful slumber? Look no more because the individual stories in Chance Meetings that Tied the Knot are wonderful quick reads that put you in the mood to dream about the magic of love. A woman recently came up to me and thanked me profusely for writing this book. She said it was her twelve-year-old daughter's favorite bedtime book. Each story transports the reader to a time and place where love reigns supreme. A good bedtime story is like a warm glass of milk....it supplies the necessary foundation for beautiful dreams. Do you ever dream about love and romance?

At the Gift Show
Yesterday I attended the San Francisco Gift Show. In the process of looking at the various booths I made a lot of new friends who shared snippets of their chance meetings with me. I hope they join us on this blog and share their amazing stories or else I will just have to tell these stores for them.
As I recall, one woman met her husband in Ireland, another met her spouse in Italy, and another met her man in Israel, all by chance through varying circumstance. Wow, an international smorgasbord!

Love in Starbuck Style
Yesterday I attended the Bank of the West sponsored Women's Tennis Tournament at Stanford.
When I told another woman about my book she said, "I found my love when I was having a cup of coffee at Starbucks. A man asked if he could share my table with me. The only empty chair was at my table. I almost didn't go to Starbucks that day but decided I needed a little pick-me-up. If I was ten minutes earlier or later I would have never met him."
